To put it in perspective:

Pete's making $3,500 per year
Ken Cosgrove's making $15,600 per year
Harry Crane's making $11,700 per year, up from $10,400

I do wonder why Pete is making so much less than Cosgrove, who's also an account executive. Is he that much less experienced?</description>
