  1. I cannot stand the pre-show commentators so I am watching with the mute button on.

    Ok, show time!

  2. Jane Fonda looks amazing…Kate Winslet wins!!!

Maura Tierney…she was parked wayyyyy in back!
They did not expect her to win.
A lot of sad faces of could have beens…

  4. What would Don Draper say about that acceptance speech?

“Life, the cure for the common cereal”

Love JH! Glad he can take a final bow for his Mad Men journey!

  5. “Crazy Eyes” on Orange Is the New Black should be “ours” too – just sayin’.

  6. My choices in those categories were:

Best actor in a TV series, drama
Jon Hamm, although Liev Schreiber would be my second pick and really my equal pick, but he has more chances to win and this was Jon’s last chance.

Best supporting actress in a series, limited series or TV movie
Maura Tierney. (I really like Uzo Aduba too, but I haven’t yet seen season 3)

Joanne Froggatt is also very good of course. All of those ladies are very talented – tough category.

  7. Where on earth is Fargo here?
Not that the Golden Globes are important, but still…………….

The cretins at the award shows that waited to bestow prizes on JH until after the end, was so utterly predictable, that they should be ashamed of themselves.
But they have none, so it all evens out as the Ol’ Perfesser Casey Stengel would say.

    Fargo. Really.
The best thing on TV since MM finished Season 4.
    No awards.
    What a shame.
