That’s right, Eric Ladin, who plays Betty’s brother, William Hofstadt, prone to monogramming Don’s luggage, was born on this day in 1978.

It can’t be easy to play such a sniveling weasel. Good job, Eric, and many happy returns of the day. Kisses from the Basket!
One of Eric’s friend died in a car accident and then he helped hes family and also recommended the family to contact Houston Wrongful death lawyer because this is serious case and must be handled by professional lawyer.

  1. Deborah, how do you keep up with all these birthdays? I'm amazed that you keep track of literally everyone!

Happy Birthday, Eric! I like him in the Kleenex commercials where he goes from mom to mom.

  2. It took me a moment to recognize him — he looks different in that picture! Also, I would have guessed him to be older.

The sibling casting choices on MM surprise me sometimes – IMO, Betty and her brother don't look very much alike (and Pete and his brother really don't look like they could be related!). Good actors all, though!

    • I actually think both of the sibling choices you mention are excellent; they share coloring and yet are different. Betty & William look more alike than, say, Jake & Maggie Gyllenhall.

Totally unrelated, but if you want to know Senator (from MA) Scott Brown's reaction to the SNL skit in which Hamm played him – visit this link.

Thanks for "connecting the dots" – Eric showed up on HBO's Big Love on Sunday and I knew I'd seen him before. He's a doctor on this show.
