According to the Star Tribune, there’s a Season premiere party you want to attend:
DJ Jake Rudh is known as the man behind “Transmission,” a popular indie/New Wave dance night at Clubhouse Jäger…. To celebrate Sunday’s Season Three premiere, Rudh is throwing a “Mad Men” kickoff party at Jax Cafe. “This is the party I’m going to be most proud of,” he said. “I just want it to be authentic.” The themed night will feature live performances of the era’s jazz classics by Jeremy Messersmith, Lucy Michelle and Janey Winterbauer. Rudh himself will play lounge tunes and pop hits from the ’60s. Partygoers should wear clothes from the period (prizes for the best dressed). Expect “Mad Men”-inspired cocktails and a cigar and brandy tasting on the patio. Oh, and the new episode will play on Jax’s big screen.
8 p.m. Sun. 1928 University Av. NE., Mpls. $8-$10. 612-789-7297.

Oh that sounds fun! If anybody needs to catch up on last season, you can watch on Fancast now. Fancast will have the new season once it airs too. http://www.fancast.com/tv/Mad-Men/95854/full-epis…
Meg, if you want a link included or put into the news, ask for it. Dropping it into comments like this feels like spam to me.
That sounds awesome. I'm surprised that I can't find anything planned in Atlanta… guess I'll just watch it by myself with my Old Fashioned.
