June 19–Let’s give a big Basket of Kisses shoutout to Ms. Seibel, or Jennifer Seibel Newson, as she’s known these days.
On Mad Men she was Juanita Carlson, Betty’s old roommate, model-turned-callgirl featured in For Those Who Think Young.
Deborah and I both enjoyed her as Crews’ ex-wife on Life. Loved that show.
She is dually famous for marrying Gavin Newson, Mayor of San Francisco, (married last July), and she currently fulfills duties as First Lady. And they’re expecting a little baby mayor.

Lipp sisters and all Mad Men fanatics should read this article in theonion called “TV’s Antihero Era Enters Its Second Decade” – Murray discusses The Sopranos, Nurse Jackie, as well as Mad Men and Breaking Bad, and actually criticizes Don’s affair with Bobbie…and I kind of have to agree with him to some degree.
