We don’t do it.

No. Spoilers. No.

Did you see Roberta’s post? Did you hear what Matt said? He doesn’t like location photos used to try to get spoilers.

There are now a few location photos floating about on the web. Go ahead and find them. And DON’T discuss them here.

I know, I know, I’m a meanie. Get used to it. The one and only time we posted spoilers here it was based on officially released photos. Which is, hey, AMC’s fault. If they give them to us, it’s okay. But photos taken perhaps surreptitiously on the location of a show known for its opposition to spoilers? Get the frack outa here.

  1. I have to say it is interesting that this season the stars are getting followed by paparazzi.

  2. Oh, yeah. Us too.

    (hahahahhahhhhhh.)

  3. The paparazzi are definitely following the show around. I was surprised to see them yesterday. I thought they were just looky loos at first — there were lots of neighborhood folks watching — then this guy pulled out a camera with a big lens and started snapping. Fortunately the security guys asked them to leave (told them they were wrapping and beginning to shoot elsewhere), and they complied. Luckily, MOST of what I saw yesterday was just second unit stuff — people walking down the street, that sort of thing.

  4. It's so weird to see the cast in their 60's clothes while someone walks around with tennis shoes and a t-shirt on.

It messes with my mind too much.

  5. It's your blog, and you're entitled to draw the line wherever you like.

It seemed to me that you'd linked to other spoilers, that one revealed no more information than a previous text "spoiler," but I didn't realize it was a paparazzi photo or that Matt Weiner disapproved of the same.

I personally don't have a problem with spoilers, but hey, it's a fan blog, and apparently some fans, do.

  6. "People" magazine has an OFFICIAL picture of Don and Betty on MM's first day of shooting.

It shows them on the front step with Betty holding a newborn.

Unless this is a flashback, shouldn't the child be about 7 months old by February 1964(assumed startup date, like the past two seasons)? She was pregnant by October 1962 and would've had it by July 1963.

  7. PD, I believe that still constitutes a spoiler. That photo was actually taken by paparazzi, then sold to People. No discussion of it.
