RS does a great job on that commentary. You can tell he reads and thinks about the show, even if he's focused when he's working. I was sorry that some of his scenes on The Office were cut, but it's great that he's become friends with Jenna Fischer. She also blogs occasionally and seems like one of those normal people RS mentions. Midwestern also, iirc. RKL did a great job, per usual.
